Swedish Massage

It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Reflexology
Reflexology - a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Reiki
Reiki - a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. I recommend Reiki for clients who prefer no physical touch. This gentle non-invasive energy therapy helps with relaxation and stress reduction. The client is fully clothed and relaxes on the table while the practitioner uses various standardized positions either on or slightly above the body. As the energy is absorbed, travels through and radiates clients may feel or experience feelings of heat, energy waves or tingling. Some clients see colors and some even fall asleep!
Chakra Clearing & Balancing
"Chakra" - Hindu word meaning disk, vortex or wheel. They are your body's energy pools, each with a spercific role in supporting and governing the functionig of your physical body and its organs. Clearing and balancing these energies helps to bring the body chemistry back to balance, helping to relieve stress and anixiety and improe ones overall health.

Thai Herbal Ball Massage
Thai Herbal Ball Massage is a relaxing treatment to that uses heated herbal compress to help unwind your body. The compress is applied over majority of the body using a gentle pressure in a rolling, dabbing nad rocking motion. This treatment combine aromatherapy, thermal therapy, herbal therapy and massage all in one.
